Modular-E
Modular 'LEGO-like' vineyard robot that carries interchangeable tools: precision spraying, per-vine variable fertilisation from prescription maps, and in-row and inter-row cutting/mowing (MowIT). An articulated chassis keeps all four wheels on the ground, and it navigates without GNSS on uneven terrain. Pruning and harvesting tools are in development.

Buyer’s guide: spraying robots
How they work
Autonomous sprayers drive the rows on their own; spot sprayers use cameras to hit single plants or weeds. Some treat plants with UV-C light instead of chemicals.
What to check before buying
- Tank size and hectares per day
- Whether it is legally approved as a sprayer in your country
- Section or nozzle-level control
